1. Safety First
Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Ensure all safety guards are in place before starting the machine.
Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts such as conveyors, mixers, and molds.
Never attempt to clean or unjam the machine while it is running. Always shut down power completely.
2. Pre-Operation Checks
Inspect all components (belts, hydraulics, electrical wiring) for wear or damage before startup.
Verify that the emergency stop button is functioning correctly.
Check raw material quality and consistency; ensure no foreign objects (stones, metal) are present.
3. During Operation
Monitor vibration and noise levels. Unusual sounds may indicate a problem.
Avoid overloading the machine. Adhere strictly to the rated capacity.
Maintain correct material moisture and mix ratios to prevent blockages or weak bricks.
4. Maintenance & Cleaning
Perform daily cleaning to remove concrete buildup, especially from molds and mixing blades.
Lubricate moving parts and bearings regularly according to the manual.
Tighten any loose bolts or connections after each shift.
Replace worn molds or parts promptly to ensure brick quality.
5. Hydraulic & Electrical Systems
Check hydraulic oil levels and look for leaks.
Ensure electrical panels are kept dry and dust-free.
Allow motors to cool down after extended use.
6. Shutdown Procedures
Run the machine for a short period without material to clear residual mix from the system.
Turn off the main power supply when the machine is not in use.
Store machines in a dry, covered area to protect from weather (for mobile/outdoor units).
