How it Works:
Mixing: Raw materials are precisely weighed and mixed in a powerful mixer to create a homogenous mixture.
Forming: The mixture is conveyed to a fully automatic brick press. Using high hydraulic pressure and vibration, it forms dense, uniform green bricks (unfired bricks) on pallets.
Handling & Curing: An automatic pallet handling system stacks the loaded pallets. The bricks are then moved to a curing area (for cement-based bricks) or a drying and kiln system (for clay bricks).
Packaging: Once hardened, the finished bricks are automatically sorted, stacked, and packed for delivery.
